Delay in repai

Iam sudhir from south delhi i had submitted my micromax mobile model no. x360 dual sim on 23/10/10, at micromax service centre located at lajpat nagar central new delhi he told me it will take a week only, but till now i dont hav any info regarding complaint status.i kindly requesting to u give me support and to take appropriate action against delay.

please do the needfull asap
