I have handed over my X500 vide Job card no. 100879 dated 10-8 for rpair as the touch screen was not working. The mobile is in warranty period. I have contacted many time personally & by phone but all time we have not received the parts from company, it will take 3-4 days. One day I contactd they said your phone has repaired & take it & When I recieved the phone but it was inthe same position as I have handed over then they asked it will take about 10 days. But till date it was not repaired. I have already submitted the complaint, Now I Submiting 2nd time. Please look after the issue.
