My mobile x360 micromax is nt working properly so i went to the service center of kolkata which is in 84A c.r .avenue,
they take a xerox cpy of my reciept and said to come after some time..bt when i go there after 4 hours they said my mobile can, t be repaired and they will take around 2 month to repair it and still nt sure of ..my mobile come under gurrantee period... i have paid 3160 for the mobile .i have said to replace it bt they say it can, t be replace . i want to place a complain against it and want to replace my mobile or repair it within 4 days
