Company not providing spair to service centers saya cente

I have given my micro max q3 mobile for repairing on 01/2/10 for camera problem at KARAN TELE LINKS LG - 72 SECTOR 18 NOIDA job sheet no 3000 its in Warranty but till date 05/3/10 it is not repaired. Service center says company is not giving them spares. If company is not able 2 provide good service to costumer there is no need to buy such phone
