Poor photo and video quality

I have purchased Micromax Q3 mobile handset. First of all the major drawback of this mobile is that only one connection can be in service at one time. (e.g. If I am using sim 1, the sim 2 will give no respond to the callers who are calling on my phone. Its photo and video quality is so poor, though it has 1.3 mega pixel camera. From my part it is just a cheating from Micromax Mobile Company. It should have to be written on the mobile box and in specifications that only one sim will be activated at one time. Now I want my mobile to be replaced by the company and if it is the default problem to all handsets, then I want my money back with a fine of minimum Rs 10, 000 to the company so that it could not happen in the future.
