Charger connector & speake

Hi,

i'm sanjay sarkar, i purchased the micromax mobileQ3 headset, ime no-910536702604259 as on 14-eb (siliguri) the charger connector is damaged, then i'm going to the service centre (Service centre name-APEX SOLUTIONS, JALPAIMORE, SILIGURI-734005)_ for service, expenses-150/-rs but properly not solve the problem & again going to the same service centre & again they are charge of rs-150/-(total exp-300/-) but till not properly solve the problem & also speaker phone not working, service center say to me 200/- rs for service, my phone is under warranty period, pls help what to do?
