Ealllly bad services of service centre

M using micromax q3 handset and that too within the guaranted period... somehow around 15 days back i hv got a problem with the charging jack and immmediately i gt it checked der at the service center in rohtak haryana... they submit the phone with a prommissing hand as to return it back repaired within a week but now it's the of wait hs been attained... am just gona fed up with their dail to daily excuses... if u can do smthing then plz look into this case otherwaise there will be no hope left from me unllesss to go with legal notices towards your company... m waiting for your response...
