I had purchased from all my savings, a micromax Q50 phone... and within 15 days it was giving me charging problem... when i took it to the moblie shop... they said me that the charging pin of my mobile was damaged... and it will be repaired in more 450 rupees. i paid the amount and got it repaired... but again that very same day it wasn't working. i took the mobile again to the shop... now this time they had some new reason for the problem. and then they sent my handset to Delhi for repair and said that i would be getting gmy mobile back within 20 working days... but now it has been 40 working days already over, may be more than that... and i still dint get my mobile back. now i'm facing a lot of problem without a phone.
i want my money back or my mobile as soon as possible, please help.
