Micromax q5
Micromax mobile problem

I purchased a micromax Q5 and within a week there was a problem in the audio jack of the ph.

I showed it to the service centre who registered my case whose Id is 480979. It has been 4 months now and still they say part has not come from Micromax head office. More over now the

joystick of the phone is also not working. I beleive it was my pathetic choice to go for Micromax

its better to use brands that are there in market for a long time as they have better service centers. All i will say is stay away from Micromax or any other chineese brands
