MICROMAX Q5
Defective Product

Deart Sir, I bought the Micromax Q5 on date 21/3/10 but cell phone having a problem of track boll, java function, handfree and some keys are not working properly. So i have given it to the customer center -New Tirupati Cellular's, khralwadi, Pune-18 on date 25/08, but they have not given handset or any positive respons from them still date.

Now i dont have any handset to which i am suffering a lot,

Plz arrange a new set,

Otherwise i will go to consumer court
