Delay & not attending properly

Sir i m using micromax Q5 hand set. i (JAMSHED PATEL) had bought that set on 13/07, with in 5 month i got battery problem & charger also was not conecting in the phone. I had given my set on 16/12 at prince communication shop no-B 4 super shoping center, sanjay gandhi puram indira nagar lucknow up, and due date was 23/12 (WORK ORDER NO.63) but still we have'nt got any possitive responce from that side, they are even not giving any information regarding my handset. on asking they are just replying that your handset is still in service center so we can't do any thing.
