Mobile handset not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 10-10-10 from M/s Shree Mobile malad mumbai. It is not working properly. I have gone to service centre i.e bhagvati telecom and they are not cooperating at all by saying it is opened but i have only shown it to them only earlier for that job he have not gven any job sheet.

Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot. Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
