POOR HANDSET

I purchase one micromax q5fb handset on the month of march. It is observed that mobile voice is not clear and keypad is not working and again i would like to inform you that track ball is not working since last 15 days.

I tried to contact with micromax customer care, but all times they put my call in hold after long waiting no one is available to give proper guidence.

I am frustrated with MICROMAX.

MICROMAX IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDE IN INDIA.
