Trackball of phone not working properly and complaints are not actioned

My handset is not working properly and after many complaints i am not geting any response.

I am very upset with the kinds of services rendered by micromax, and i want strict action to be taken aganist the employees of micromax.

I will be highly oblidged to u if u do the favour to me by renuing my phone.
