I am having a Micromax Q6 (IMEI: 910058000700929), fot the past one month is is in the service centre and nobosy is saying anything about it. They are telling different different complaints all the time and it is not getting rectified also they are unwilling to replace the faulty handset. i have given the cell in Deprosys Technologoes, T. nagar, authorized service centre for Micromax,

Will somebody help me to take this problem forward?
