Unable to change the user profile from headset

Hi

I purchased this mobile 2 months back, yesterday i was listening to some songs so changed the user profile to headset profile, (in headset profile you can only use your headset or speaker phone to talk to some one, if you dont use ur headset you will not be heard by the callers). Now im unable to change the profile..becoz of this im forced to use the headset all the time..this is not bad..the company should not release such defective mobiles without proper testing..
