Bad Handset and service quality

Purchased Micromax Q75 2 days back, but had an issue with it, the issue was once you search a name and try to call it, it didn't call using the call button also option were not flashed, i was made to wait for 2 days with no proper explanation to get my phone replaced. my phone was replaced but again i am facing the same problem, not happy with either the product or the service. there is no complaint no. the service centers are non responsive. very very disappointed with the company.
