Hanging Problem and Key pads problem

Hi,

This is to inform you that i have purchaced Micromax Q7 mobile from Clasic Mobile Center dated on 3-07. I am facing Hang and Key Pad problem in my phone from last two months and i have submitted my phone five times to Ujjwal Telecom for service but it works only for one day after that same problem persist.

Now i am realy fadup with my phone, please suggest what to do?
