Micromax Q7
Battery Replacement

I am purchase a Micromax Q7 mobile on the date 8/12/10 on that time my phone end button are not working properly. And suddenly one day my phone battery got damage it not charging. so through the net i am serching the micromax service center but maximum service center will refuse to take my old battery for replacement.so after a long time struggle i had submitted my mobile to the service center at (DURGA INFOTECH P-II C.I.T ROAD KOL - 14) NO - 033 40606066 Job coad - 2843.on the date 27/1. but still now i have not get my OLD battary replacement.so i think that Micromax mobile company will not take care properly to there customer. its a totally bad effect for all.please look in to this
