Micromax / W900
New defective Mobile (W900)

Dear Sir,

I have purchased anew Micromax W900 mobile set, dated 14th June. But It was a defective set. 15th June they said "it is software problem, you please come next day. Next day day (Evening) They said microphone is out of order and You should come after 11 am and before 6 pm.

17th may I met there and they said they will repair my moble hand set. After severel request they are not listening anything.

My question is, what should I do?

Should I complaint for this?

Please guide me.
