Handset not repai

My micromax handset has charging problem, the set was in warranty period and I give the set to the service center at near kukrail pul. After more than 3 month passed my handset couldnot repaired or replace by the company. Everytime when I went to the center they said "come after few days, your mobile's PCB willbe replace by the company".
