Service Complaint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a new Micromax X260 phone before 3 months from Rudrapur, and after one month using this phone I noticed that Phone’s lcd is not working properly.

Therefore I submitted my phone on Micromax authorized service center in Haldwani (Nainital) on 07.02.2010.But after one and half month I’m not getting proper response from your service center and they are still saying that LCD is still being repaired.

Is it possible that a mobile manufacturing company is taking more than one month to repair a very minor problem which can be repaired in 2-3 days.

I’m really fad up with this type of response from Micromax authorized service center.
