Not getting moblie within time

NEVER BUY ANY MICROMAX MOBILES. (I bought X263 and facing problem purchased on 15-10-11) if you want to call anyone or receive any calls dont BUY OR USE MICROMAX. i submitted my mobile on 18/01 and iam not getting my mobile right now and 3 times gone at service center (Satguru communication GF Dharam Pali palace Bhoja Market Sec 27 Near Vinayak hospital Noida G.B.Nagar U.P. India) customer job card=3257266 and IME1 No-911126252724928 and i called 6 times said saturday saturday saturday,
