Ear place heating

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased a cell (micromax x360) on 06/09 from M/s. Shree Balaji Mobile, B-15, Basement Shri Ram Tower, Ashok Marg, Lucknow bearing IMEI No. 910058900852556 and No. 910058905852551. The cell has an ear place heating problem, when I start to talk. I have approached to Micro Max Customer care centre M/s. Trust Associates, Modular Service Centre, Kukrail Bridge, Akbar Nagar, Faizabad Road, Lucknow and the Job order No. is 6115 dated 25.9.2010. They have told me that the heating is due to some internal electronic plate and the said plate is not available with them. They told me that they have approached to the Company, but the item is not providing by the Company. Sir I am very disappointed as Micromax Company is unable to provide the item.

In view of above, I request you that kindly instruct the Company for providing the said item / replace my Mobile other wise take necessary action against micromax company at the earliest.
