Micromax X500
No Service Centres to entertain complaints

Respected Sir,

I had bought a Micromax mobile phone, details are attached below :

Model: X500

Bill No/Invoice no: DE7535

Date : 15/11/09

Store: The Mobile store, Malviya Nagar, Delhi, Phone-011, 64585829

The phone became dead on the 12 of Dec '09

On approaching this store they refused to handle any compaints and refered to micromax service centres at Karol Bagh, Shahdra, Noida.

But none of them are entertaining any calls and I have no option whatsoever to solve my problem.

Also addresses of service centres provided at the Micromax website aare either invalid or old.

please help me in this problem. I think both the company and the Mobile store should be penalised for this kind of unprofessional behaviour.
