Battry bakup problem

Dear,

Regarding my complain Id- MMX2804115347

my customer job card no.- 1879751, Date-06/04

was pending more then one month, Handset was purchase - 22/11

after purchasing with in week handset make a Battery backup problem inform Service center - The Mobile Care after one and half month battery was replaced but problem is not salve aganin contact to service center - "The Mobile Care" in Customer Job no. is - 1879751, date-06/04

Contact so many time service center but no solution, i also log a call with your support center id - MMX2804115347

Today i contact with Support center consern person say that call was log on 28/04 and maximum resulation time is twenty (20) days

i am also surprise because alredy one month is over for this issue!

who will be responsible for my time loss?
