Repairing problem

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am a resident of Barabanki. I had purchased a mobile in the month of october from micromax outlet"Ganpati Mobiles " sriram tower Lucknow. The model of that mobile was Micromax X600.. after 20 days of purchased the mobile there is problem has persist in the mobile regarding the screen touch feature. I did the complan at the authorized service center of micromax That is " Shan Communication" but he was not ready to recieve the mobile, after the contact with Customer care executive of Company he took my mobile for reapair on 3rd November. till date he has not returned my mobile & giving the excuse that it is under the repairing.

so please the show me the way & help me.
