My phose not working from purchase day

I bought micromax 600 mobile its not workig properly.so i contacte with my retailer they send me service station then i gave mobile to repaire after one week i take now it not start and charge then i contect cuc care they tell me v replace it now i again submeet mobile but they not peeck up my call or nothing service station tell we give u this phose after 15 30 day but v open it now what can i do with out phoe i call them for 50 times my contect number is 09898075477
