No Response From Customer Care

Hi. I recently Purchased Micromax X600 IMEI no.-910528502270811, 910528502270829. In it a preloaded Software multimessenger NIMBUZZ is not working now whenever I tried to Call the Customer Care from the Following number there is no response from them,

1.Toll Free No. 18605008286

2.Helpline. 0124-4811000

Every time the computer speaks that "Our Customer Care Executive is busy assiting other customers"

3.Customer Relations. 011-49790000

I also tried to Contact via Customer Relation but there also I got no assistence.

Please Resolve my Complaint as soon as you can.
