Touch screen not working

Dear sir

I am uttam kumar mandal. I have purchased one handset of micromax gravity (X600) with IMEI NO. 910528500291918 in 16/11 at Agrawal electronics katrasgarh, but 10 days later my touch screen is not working properly, so i am unable to do any call hence i am unable to see any message, i had gone your service centre which is located in kapuria Dhanbad, he had replied me LCD will come after 20 days later. after 20 days later later he told me still i could not get still the LCD.

so i am requested you pls arrange the LCD for me in kapuria (dhanbad) service centre. when you will arrange the LCD pls call me in below given no.
