Micromax - X600 mobile handset
Egarding extending guarantee period

I have purchased X-600 Gravity model of Micromax mobile handset vide Bill no.2339 dt. 20/10 and immediately after one month period software problem noticed. Subsequently, handset has been deposited in chembur service center on 16/11. It is understood that handset will be received after 40 to 50 days.

In this regard my request is to pl. extend my guarantee period accordingly and send me new guarantee card.
