I have purchased a micromax x550 qube mobile on 27/03 and on the day of purchase its battery get dead. I submitted this dead battery on 30/03 at micromax service centre (abacus systems, Chandigarh). But till date I have not received the new battery. Whenever I call them they always say that you will receive your battery in 20 days. They also not responding my emails. There is no satisfactory response from micromax. I tell you never buy any product of MICROMEX in future...
