Defective New Micro Oven

1. LG Micro Oven was purchased by me Shashikant Waghmode on 12 Dec from Cosmos in Big bazaar Silliguri Kolkata, while buying the dealer Mr Arjit gave very positive response and VIP treatment and promises about the Guarantee and excellent service about LG, so I purchased the best oven worth 16000/- and total electronic items of 4-from Big Bazar.

2. But sorry to say that service of bazar was useless and low graded they are making fool of customer and selling defective items compare to other company. We were given the defective piece by the dealer, we kept on calling the dealer and service center to give at least demo but no one bothered, so I went to shop driving 100 km. After 45 days technician visited us to give demo. It was found and confirmed by him the oven is defective, So I would like to request you for replacement of defective, from my side I will never think to buy any item from Big Bazar and in fact ensure that no one buys from big bazar they sell all defective items and make fool of the customers. They fix with company and get defective items to sell.

i called the area LG Area Manger Mr Arun Bag but he also responded negative he told we cannot do anything or we cannot replace we will repair.

I am surprise that we brought new LG oven by paying full amount in cash not a second hand before demo only they started speaking about repair and replacement of parts. We had lot of hopes from LG since all my hopes went on vain.

Sorry to say pl dont buy any thing of LG and that to from Big Bazar they are fraud who makes only promises.
