Poor responding by Service Centre

This is to inform you I have purchased Microtek invertor 29/06 of 850 EB from the Dealer Sun Battery, Kankar Bagh Patna, After 6 month from this date i always disturb from this invertor we always face tech. prob in this invertor, When i complain to service centre he is not getting good response, servive is very bad, Service centre always assured me sir if you again face problem i will replace this invertor and give you another..but till now when i contact to s. centre replace is another matter he is not intrested to give my service..so kindly help me...
