I have purchased an inverter from SURAVANI Pvt. Ltd. 100, Bhupen Bose Avenue, KOLKATA-700004, W.B.Ph-033-25554531/32917298/65344244

on 04th june, Tax invoice no.11/381.of Rs.17500/-, which is out of work since one month.

I again inform you that I am fade up about the product, because since purchase of the product, the product occurred some problem and out of order shortly, when ever I have contacted with the person for service, I get reply in negative sense. Pls see into the matter and take necessary action for service immediately, and get the product ready for use for us.
