Microtek Inverter
BAD SERVICE

Sir,

I am a consumer at microtek inverter from 15/01. I purchesed from a shop at Bandel in Hooghly District at West Bengal. But from the begining the inverter are in bad condition that I could not understand.

. After some day I called the shopkeeper but they are not coming to my residence. Then I decide to given a mail to head office to Microtek. After few days later a phone call from kolkata microtek and says we could not given you service due to not in our service area. I intend to know that why they are selling their products non-service area? I request kindly solve my problem.
