M V Oven purchased on 20 Oct not yet installed. The person says it will take 10 days to instal the same since it has been purchased through CSD.The delay in installation of MV purchased through CSD is not understood. Had i been aware of this I would have never gone to Samsung. In any case I will never go to SamSung in future who does not care for their customers. Why a customer should wait for so long after paying the full amount.
