it is requested to you that please arrange my order no. 907659413 microwave solo 20 ltr. on urgent basis. i have order on 12/12. i am not expecting this kind of service from u. i am taking a lesson from u that in future i will not purchase any product from home shop 18. i am litrely harass from ur service.

please send the product by this saturday or sunday otherwise i must go in consumer court for this hrassment which have given by u.

due to this i have a loss business of 2 lakh. rupees... basically i am from insurance back ground. and i was comitted to one of my client to gave a microwave against the policy. and now the situation is customer wants to cancel the policy...

again request to u please do the needful
