Pen drive repai

I have problem from my moserbear 4GB pendrive which i just purchased 1year before, i have brought it from reputed shop in Chennai with bill, Now inserting pendrive, it says "INSERT A DISK IN TO DRIVE G" .and it shows "0 free space and 0 used space" & And i have checked my pc's usb drivers. all r good and also try it with my friend PC but again the same problem. How i can overcome this problem, plz help me as soon as possible.

Pls send any solution to recover the important data stored on that disk.
