MOBILE ACCESSORIES (EBAY SELLER)
MOBILE PHONE NOT RETURNED BACK

I had purchased a i mobile from ebay on 22nd October from a seller of Baroda (Mobile Accessories) and paid through ebay paisapay, I got the product but after 2 months the mobile showed a problem of charging i contacted the guy of Mobileaccessores Mr Yogen Ved he told me to send the mobile back as per his conversation i sent it back to him on 6th jan for which i have proof of delivery but till now he has not sent me the mobile after repairing or sent me a replacement as the product was in warranty. I tried to contact ebay they told that the product is more than 1 month they can not do anything. Now the guy is in gujarat he is not responding to my mails and phone calls, what can be done, please suggest
