Seller not responding -multiple problem with regard to charging and battery, phone not working

I bought the a phone on Sun, Apr 3 through from Mobile Accessories Vadodara Gujraat. I received it on

05/04.While using it I found multiple problem with regard to

charging and battery. The problems found are itemized below:

1) The phone is displaying 2 battery icon always even though it is not

inside the pouch.

2) It is not displaying charge-always showing blank-white even though

it has been charged for 3-4 hours.

3) When the phone is inside the pouch and being charged-it becomes

automatically switched off when a phone call comes. I reported these

problem vide email To: mobileaccesories@gmail.com on Sat, Apr 9,

they replaced the phone with a new one on 03/05 with ref. no.

12345678101-Rocker Rockpad Mobile. Please note that this set is also

problematic.

The problems found are itemized below for your reference.

1) 15 days not gone, the phone stopped making any sound. Only

vibrating. Audio player playing songs but no sound is coming out. No

sound while ON/OFF done.

2) The phone could not be connected with computer via USB port. Though

the software installed. And I have checked all possible reasons. My

other phones can be easily connected. It is only taking charge via USB.

they again picked it up for repair for and the said on Fri, May 6,

2011 that the "USB WAS REPLACED AS IT WAS FAULTY, FOR SPEAKER HAVE

SENT TO SERVICE CENTER AND WILL BE DONE IN 3-4 DAYS AND WILL SEND YOU"

again I received the phone after service on 16/05 and again a

problematic phone was sent to me;

The problems found are itemized below again:

1) The phone becoming switched off time and again.

2) When trying to switch it on... it is not getting on.after several

attempt it is becoming on.

3) Voice can not be heard properly whenever a phone call is coming or

a out-going call is made.

4) The sound of the phone is also not becoming high.

5) Phone also not displaying content of the memory card in full. i.e.

not showing JPEG images from the memory card. Only showing those taken by

camera.

6) Internet is also can not be connected.

I mail them again the problems but no resolution they have done. I have

been emailing them since dated

16/05, 17/05, 26/05, 27/05, 31/05, 01/06, 03/06/

2011.

Recently I tried to contact them by phone also by no. 09428520447 to

Mr. Yogen n ved but the person was reluctent to sort the matter and on

3rd try the line was disconnected on 07/06.

Now finally on 01/07 the phone stopped functioning, it is not becoming on
