I buy the Fly E106 & found the following defects.

1) Company provide the PC suite CD but it doesn't include the driver for PC Suite you needs to contact call center& request for the driver & then the company will provide the driver, I cant understand that why company not provide Driver in PC suite software CD.

2) The Document viewer is not woring at all with any format.

3) Provided manual is very less informative, it does n't consist the information about the verious oprations & supported format.

4) Call center doesn't provide online & telephonic support for quires, they suggest contact to service center for small quries also.

5) Manual says that JAVA applications are installed on handset but i tried lot but unable to install the java on mobile.

6) I brought docomo GPRS for internet use, but Aircel GPRS doesnt works with Fly e106, where as same GPRS working in other phone, I also confirmed all settings from docomo & all settings are correct, aircel suggested me to contact phone mfg, I contacted FLY helpline but they are not able to help on same & instructed me to for service center.

7) Software updates are not available on website or CD provided.
