Sir,

i have purchased a mobile that was of local make. When i purchased this mobile the bill & waranty card was given to me.

after two days this mobile goes wrong but the shopkeeper told me that he have never sold that mobile to me.

i show him the bill on which his address is given bus still he is deniying to accept his mistake.
