Unwanted deduction

My account balance of rs 1 is being deducted everyday without any reason for NETWAP services even if i didn't have activated it and for its deactivation i get sms daily that i should call toll free no 155223 but they say don't have any such service activated... my mobile no is 8793726704 so please do something and make me to get ride from it...!
