Guarentee denied

This is Anjali Agarwal studying at Christ University, presently pursuing law. I had purchased a cell phone 15 days back from VECTOR TELESOLUTIONS PVT.LTD. NO.117, INDUSTRIAL LAYOUT, 100FT.ROAD, KORAMANGALA, BANGALORE-56009.Along with the cell phone i had also purchased a mobile cover for which they had 6 months of guarantee. The cover being spoiled was taken to them and they denied saying that the cover had no guarentee. INSPITE OF A HUMBLE REQUEST FOLLOWED BY AN ARGUMENT, THEY DIDNOT REPLACE IT.

I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND FIND ME A SOLUTION. ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
