Dammaging & replacing original parts with damaged parts

Dear Sir,

I have given my mobile handset (samsung made model no-GT 7722) for repair (REPLACEMENT OF TOUCH SCREEN) to the proprietor -VINOD TALREJA of shop -MOBILE CORNER, 12, OFFICE ROAD, BHUSAWAL after his complete assurance of the repair of the damaged handset with in 2 days.

But after 2-3 days i was returned with damaged handset replacing original parts including my original 2 GB memory card claiming it is original & it is non repairable. In this way this shop owner is cheating the needy peoples with very basic knowledge mobiles & his shop licence should be canceled. through your channel I want to have strict action against him . thanking You.
