Demanding extra pay by service centre

I would like to inform u that ihave submittet my handset SGH C170 dated on 29.01.2010 at purnia samsung service centre complaining charging problem only. After checking my set they my set they gave me receipt of Rs.450 only. Now they are demanding Rs 750., telling me that your handset display was broken instead of that previously and at the time of submitting it was properly functioning.i hope the concern member will take immediate action.
