Sir,

I purchased one Mobile Set model Metro 3G bearing IMEI No. 358664/03/020550/5 (presently imprinted on set) 06 months back. Purpose of buying this set was to avail Net facility but got defeated for Net is not running on the Set.

Your Service Centre and also authorized dealer M/s Sursansar very reluctantly attended the complaint. It was sent to outside Kota twicw during the period but still it is not workable.

When I attemted Net, it got switched-off and not getting switched-on.

I am highly disturbed, what to do with this set. Have I really committed mistake to have opted make other than NOKIA?

I got tired pursuing your officials here. Why they are not ready to check it before me before giving delivery of the Set afyer attending defects?

My requirement still lying un-attended is :

Net shold be accessible on Set and also able to be connected with LapTop.

Please help me out of this trouble and helplessness.
