Replacement of defect Charge

I purchased a mobile set model No. C1-01, IMEI No.358613044458840 from B N Traders, Ashoka Market, Unit: II, Bhubaneswar on 13.9.11. On reaching home I connected the mobile with charger. The charger found defective. I reached in the shop on 16.9.11 alongwith the mobile set and defective charger. They behave in a different way and with arrogent manner ordered to meet Nokia Care and we can not do any thing. I met Nokia care of Ashok Nagar, they advice to give the bill alongwith xerox copy and charger. On next day alongwith copy I met and again they advised to come alongwith hand set and we shall see by that time. It seems to be complete harassment and not to replace. The charger is a mfg. defect bu how many times I shall go from a distance of 140 Km from Paradeep to meet them. Such type of behavior and technique from your employees will not give success in present market. Confirm whether this is your policy.
