Touch screen of phone not working

This is a brand new touch screen phone of Videocon model V-1655. This problem started from fifth day of purchase. Touch screen becomes ineffective after 30 seconds and then phone is of NO use.

(i) Many times option of 'Restore factory settings " actioned, however problem sorts out mometarily, but again occurs.

(ii) Tell if any action can be done at user level, if not then nearby service center.

This handset was purchased by me on 09 Mar with no mishandling till date. Pls expedite as it is affecting in my daily job work. Your toll free phone no as well as noida phone no which is supposed to be 24 * 7 is unanswered or busy. contact me on my e-mail address.
